Our rates are base on recommendation of the Czech Union of Interpreters and Translators. It allows us to engage the right translator(s), project manager and proofreader and provide you with top quality translation. (Other languages upon request)

The price includes: Translation by a native speaker of the target language, checking/proofreading, basic formatting and preparation of term glossary. The price does not include: Express surcharge (see bellow), DTP work (hourly rate based on agreement)
Surcharges: 10% for express translation, deadline less than 3 days and more than 5000 words 30% for express translation, deadline less than 2 days and more than 2500 words 50% for express translation, deadline on the same day or overnight and more than 1200 words 20% for complicated layout of the source text (i.e. pdf format, fax, scanned document) Discounts: 5% after 25000 words 10% after 50000 words (These discount are cumulative)
