Quality System
The main objective of our Quality System is to ensure your maximum satisfaction. To accomplish this, we employ the following work flow and policies:
- Acceptance of translation job and its registration.
- Project management there is a project manager assigned to every translation project. He/she is responsible for the whole process from the beginning to the completion.
- Text analysis/glossary preparation every translation start with text analysis and glossary preparation (we use SDL MultiTerm Extraxt software for this purpose), followed by selection of the right translator(s). That means translator with relevant background and experience accomplish the job. Of course, we can use the terminology of the client, if available.
- Translation process leverage of CAT tools (SDLX and Trados) ensure consistency throughout the translation, while selection of the right translator correctness of the translation. If necessary, we consult the terminology with the client and/or an external expert.
- Checking and proofreading we constantly monitor and record the frequency and seriousness of mistakes of all our translators to guarantee that your translation is carried out by the best translator(s) available.
- Delivery of the translation back to the client. As a bonus we also deliver the prepared dictionary, if applicable.
